Job Requirements
- Secondary school certificate preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize member experience
- Dependable and responsible with strong work ethic
- Positive interpersonal skills and team player
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions
- Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies
- Willingness to work weekday shifts and support community management

Job Duties
- Greet all members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Cover the front desk during business hours and serve as an on-site point of contact
- Ensure guest registration and check-in in accordance with guest policies
- Provide orientation and support to first-time visitors and guests
- Issue and collect keys from members and guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk
- Notify members of food deliveries and packages
- Learn member and guest names and build relationships
- Keep track of member notes and information
- Answer questions and recommend WeWork products and services
- Identify opportunities to celebrate member milestones
- Explain WeWork policies and procedures effectively
- Recommend local restaurants, delivery, and service options
- Handle mail and packages including receiving, sorting, and processing
- Monitor the space and make operational adjustments
- Maintain building amenities such as restocking supplies
- Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate as necessary
- Follow direction from Community Associates and Managers to support the team
- Promote WeWork’s core values and mission in daily activities
