Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school graduate
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Prior computer experience necessary
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service skills
  • Have a flexible work schedule
  • Possess basic office skills and phone etiquette
  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Work the front desk and property management system effectively, taking reservations, checking guests in and out, handling guest requests
  • Be responsible for all front desk procedures and policies
  • Participate actively in sales and marketing efforts
  • Handle accounting and cash management duties accurately
  • Attend and participate in all required meetings
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of room rates, locations, and types
  • Act as concierge when needed
  • Drive the hotel shuttle
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, belongings, and coworkers
  • Maintain proper key control
  • Inventory and replenish front desk supplies as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers in all departments
  • Work collaboratively as a team with all staff
