Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging and showing sincere interest
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit, noting and fulfilling special requests, and confirming accurate information
  • Assist guests with sending and receiving faxes, packages, and mail
  • Help resolve problems and handle guest recovery when issues occur
  • Commit to equitable treatment and equal access for all associates and guests
  • Value and respect contributions of team members
  • Become knowledgeable about local area including shopping, dining, and directions
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed such as shuttle driving and concierge duties
  • Interact professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as necessary
