Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years

  • Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time

Job Duties

  • Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
  • Greet, assist and check in clients
  • Provide support to Bunda instructors so they are set up for a successful class
  • Handle studio membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments and maintain client base
  • Extremely knowledgeable of the Bunda program and the ability to respond to clients' questions
  • Maintain knowledge of Bunda's memberships and class packages
  • Guide clients with regards to the latest studio promotions, membership discounts and/or special events
  • Work as a cohesive team with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
  • Assist with the training of new hires for the front desk staff team
  • Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times by assisting in studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep, including cleaning of exercise equipment (stations, Stairmasters, weights), floors and mirrors
  • Bathroom and changing room cleaning
  • Assist the Studio Manager in daily studio tasks and projects as assigned
