Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
- Responding to clients' requests with a can-do attitude
- Cooperative manner with an optimistic attitude
- Exhibits enthusiasm for the studio and for the job
- Must be a patient, courteous listener, able to show empathy
- Friendly and professional phone, email and text etiquette
- Superior organizational skills
- Have an eye for detail and care for the studio's appearance and cleanliness
- Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of what constitutes a sanitary environment
- Work as a cohesive team with all Bunda's staff members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
- Must be able to lift/carry 40lbs+

Job Duties
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
- Greet, assist and check in clients
- Provide support to Bunda instructors so they are set up for a successful class
- Handle studio membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments and maintain client base
- Extremely knowledgeable of the Bunda program and the ability to respond to clients' questions
- Maintain knowledge of Bunda's memberships and class packages
- Guide clients with regards to the latest studio promotions, membership discounts and/or special events
- Work as a cohesive team with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
- Assist with the training of new hires for the front desk staff team
- Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
- Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times by assisting in studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep, including cleaning of exercise equipment (stations, Stairmasters, weights), floors and mirrors
- Bathroom and changing room cleaning
- Assist the Studio Manager in daily studio tasks and projects as assigned
