Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and Google Suite

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors, parents, and prospective families in a courteous and professional manner
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or directing queries to the appropriate staff members
  • Maintain an orderly reception area
  • Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Monitor visitors' access and ensure adherence to school security protocols, including issuing visitor badges
  • Maintain school security by following safety procedures and controlling main entrance access
