Job Requirements
- minimum one year prior experience in chiropractic, medical, dental, optometry or veterinary front desk roles
- availability Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:45-7:00 pm
- willingness to work in a healthy, team-oriented work environment
- acceptance of tattoo and piercing policy except for face, head, neck or hand tattoos
- ability to stand for extended periods during busy times
- strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year experience in chiropractic, medical, dental, optometry or veterinary settings
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:45 or 7:00 pm
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and organizational skills
- familiarity with insurance verification processes
- proficiency with multiple monitors and computer windows
- positive attitude and customer-service orientation
- detail-oriented and quick learner
Job Duties
- opening and closing duties
- checking in and out patients
- scheduling multiple appointments with multiple providers
- setting up new patients including accurate data entry and insurance verifications
- processing payments
- answering phone, texts, and emails promptly
- fielding patient questions
