Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- six to twelve months of customer service experience preferred
- willingness to undergo CPR/AED certification training
- basic computer skills required
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- capability to stand and move throughout the club continually during shift
- ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- ability to handle exposure to cleaning chemicals
- frequent cleaning and sanitizing responsibilities
- ability to perform bending and twisting movements
Job Qualifications
- Six to twelve months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willingness to become CPR/AED certified with training provided
- basic computer proficiency
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to learn quickly and apply training effectively
- ability to handle member interactions with diplomacy and empathy
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club
- assist members and guests with questions or concerns during check-in
- promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor
- offer assistance and support to members in their fitness journeys
- uphold club policies consistently
- resolve member concerns and escalate to management as needed
- answer phones courteously and assist callers with inquiries
- perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and transferring memberships
- conduct prospective member calls and tours assessing their needs
- execute retail transactions accurately and strive to meet sales goals
- perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and communal spaces
- maintain clean, stocked, and clutter-free restrooms
- conduct comprehensive club area walkthroughs to address safety, cleanliness, and maintenance issues promptly
- promptly report or fix maintenance concerns such as broken or missing equipment
- ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
