Job Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in customer service
- must be 18 years or older
- willingness to complete CPR/AED certification training
- basic computer skills
- capable of standing and moving continually throughout the shift
- ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- able to lift up to 75 pounds
- ability to work with toxic chemicals
- capable of frequent cleaning and sanitizing
- able to move in various positions including bending and twisting
Job Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided)
- basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club
- assist members with questions or concerns at check-in
- promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging members on the club floor and offering assistance
- resolve member concerns and escalate to a manager as needed
- answer phones and assist callers with inquiries
- perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, contact and billing information updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships
- conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess membership needs
- execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals
- regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities
- ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free
- perform comprehensive walks of all club areas to address safety, policy, and cleanliness issues
- promptly address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken or missing equipment
