Job Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to become CPR/AED certified
- basic computer proficiency
- continual standing and moving throughout the club
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities
- able to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- able to handle toxic chemicals safely
- able to perform tasks requiring bending and twisting positions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club
- assist with questions or concerns as they check in
- promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering support
- resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed
- answer phones and assist callers with inquiries
- perform membership related functions such as sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and transfers
- conduct prospective member calls and tours assessing membership needs
- execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals
- clean and sanitize exercise equipment and spa amenities regularly
- ensure restrooms are stocked, clean, and clutter free
- perform comprehensive club walkthroughs addressing safety, policy, and cleanliness issues
- promptly address maintenance and facility concerns
