Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- comfortable standing and moving during shift
- willing to learn swim curriculum and company policies
- pass a background check
- authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
- managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
- answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
- learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
- using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
- working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- staying active on the job by moving and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
