Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to work evenings and weekends
  • comfortable standing and moving during shift
  • willing to learn swim curriculum and company policies
  • pass a background check
  • authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
  • managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
  • answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
  • learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
  • using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
  • working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • staying active on the job by moving and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
