Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- basic computer proficiency
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable using booking and scheduling software, email, and basic computer programs
- positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with staff and management
- interest in padel or sports is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- assist members and guests with inquiries about club services, membership options, and court bookings both in person and over the phone
- manage court bookings using the club's scheduling software ensuring accuracy
- help potential members sign up explaining membership benefits and pricing
- process payments for court rentals, memberships, and retail purchases
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the working area and report maintenance issues
- coordinate with coaches, management, and staff to ensure smooth flow of information regarding schedules and events
- assist with selling padel equipment, apparel, and accessories offering product knowledge and recommendations
- support coordinating and promoting club events, tournaments, and special programs
- handle essential administrative duties such as answering emails, updating membership records, and filing
