Job Duties
- Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
- managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
- answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
- learning swim curriculum to confidently guide families through the process
- using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
- working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- staying active on the job, moving and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
