Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • One to two years of receptionist or clerical experience preferred
  • Availability to work PRN or UPT on an as needed basis
  • Ability to work occasional evenings from 5 PM to 8 PM and weekends from 10 AM to 8 PM
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clerical tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Problem solving skills

Job Duties

  • Operating computerized telephone system
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Scanning personnel documents to HR email box
  • Posting, sorting, and delivering mail
  • Monitoring all items dropped off
