Job Requirements

  • Two-year college degree or higher
  • Minimum of three years of experience in hospitality or a related field
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Proven ability to manage stressful situations effectively
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Two-year college degree with three or more years of related experience or four-year college degree with at least one year of related experience
  • Three to five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
  • Completion of relevant certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Lead, coach, and motivate front desk staff
  • Manage daily front desk operations ensuring efficiency
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly
  • Drive room revenue and boost occupancy
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance
  • Oversee organizational and financial details related to front desk functions
