Job Requirements
- Two-year college degree or higher
- Minimum of three years of experience in hospitality or a related field
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage stressful situations effectively
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Job Qualifications
- Two-year college degree with three or more years of related experience or four-year college degree with at least one year of related experience
- Three to five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Completion of relevant certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Lead, coach, and motivate front desk staff
- Manage daily front desk operations ensuring efficiency
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly
- Drive room revenue and boost occupancy
- Maintain operational standards and compliance
- Oversee organizational and financial details related to front desk functions
