Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office equipment operation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with appointment scheduling software preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Offer polite and professional help to visitors, clients, and staff members
- Manage incoming phone calls through a multi-line telephone system ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and appointment arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby areas
- Perform essential office tasks including data entry, organizing paperwork, and distributing mail
- Supervise visitor admittance and enforce security procedures
- Handle queries, resolve grievances, or direct them to appropriate personnel
- Encourage transparent communication with other departments to support smooth operations
