Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in office equipment operation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with appointment scheduling software preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent mandatory, associate degree advantageous
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate office machinery including phone systems, printers, and computers
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and appointment management programs

Job Duties

  • Offer polite and professional help to visitors, clients, and staff members
  • Manage incoming phone calls through a multi-line telephone system ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and appointment arrangements
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby areas
  • Perform essential office tasks including data entry, organizing paperwork, and distributing mail
  • Supervise visitor admittance and enforce security procedures
  • Handle queries, resolve grievances, or direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Encourage transparent communication with other departments to support smooth operations
