Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Positive attitude and energy
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday mornings
- Ability to travel once annually for professional development
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Confidence presenting services and financial options to patients
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn systems
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or healthcare is a big plus
- Excited to grow your role in a business that’s expanding fast
- Spanish-speaking preferred but not required
- Willing and able to travel out of state once annually (Thursday-Sunday)
Job Duties
- Greet, check-in, and room patients with a warm, enthusiastic presence
- Keep schedules full and flowing - book appointments like a boss
- Help with insurance verifications and ensure a smooth check-out process over time
- Call and follow up with new leads, turning interest into appointments
- Assist with community marketing events and campaigns
- Contribute to social media, review requests, send newsletters or other small projects to grow our visibility
- Keep the office clean, stocked, and running like a well-oiled machine
- Train weekly to stay sharp and keep learning
- Travel once annually to SuperCamp (company-paid) for professional development
