Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and use POS systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in cash handling and computerized POS systems preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of front desk operations
  • Professionalism and discretion in dealing with guests
  • Familiarity with property management systems

Job Duties

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out processes according to hotel procedures
  • Manage room credits and issue room keys
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and discreetly
  • Use property management system proficiently
  • Operate PBX and radio paging system
  • Make reservations for restaurant, transportation, activities, and entertainment
  • Support valet parking and guest services as needed
