Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with hotel software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash and payments securely

  • Warmly welcoming and checking in guests according to Marriott standards
  • Answering calls with professionalism within 3 rings
  • Handling guest requests, complaints, and special needs with confidence and care
  • Managing room assignments, availability, and group activities
  • Processing accurate check-outs and payments
  • Balancing your cash bank and keeping it secure
  • Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
