Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in luxury hotel guest service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capable of standing and walking up to 8 hours
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
  • Ability to push a bell cart and climb ladders
  • Must complete relevant training and coaching
  • Able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of guest service experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional organizational and detail orientation
  • Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Knowledge of luxury service standards preferred
  • Multilingual abilities and membership in Les Clefs d'Or preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide personalized guest service with attention to detail
  • Coordinate dining, entertainment, spa, salon, cabana, transportation, and tour reservations
  • Promote Caesars brand through suggestive selling and up-selling
  • Liaise across property departments and vendors for seamless service
  • Maintain accurate usage of concierge management systems and complete all tasks
  • Assist in special event planning and support marketing or promotional events
  • Ensure uniform guidelines and professional appearance at all times
