Job Duties
- Make reservations for hotel, restaurant, and spa guests using up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
- Understand and follow hotel selling strategy by monitoring room inventory and ensuring correct rates and dates on reservations
- Process all changes and cancellations for group reservations
- Prepare group guest lists prior to arrival
- Dispatch guest requests using the designated program to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure completion
- Operate PBX efficiently and connect incoming calls professionally within three rings
- Educate guests about hotel amenities and local entertainment options
