Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- strong customer service skills
- experience with cash handling and balancing a cash drawer
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
- strong problem-solving skills
- knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- data entry skills with attention to detail
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- greet and register guests providing exceptional customer service
- handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently balancing cash drawer at the end of each shift
- manage reservations in-person and over the phone ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- address guest requests and resolve problems promptly exceeding expectations whenever possible
- utilize the hotel’s Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage guest accounts
- accurately enter guest data into the hotel’s system maintaining data integrity
- assist with other front desk tasks such as answering phones and providing directions
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
