  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet and register guests providing exceptional customer service
  • handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently balancing cash drawer at the end of each shift
  • manage reservations in-person and over the phone ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
  • address guest requests and resolve problems promptly exceeding expectations whenever possible
  • utilize the hotel’s Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage guest accounts
  • accurately enter guest data into the hotel’s system maintaining data integrity
  • assist with other front desk tasks such as answering phones and providing directions
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace
