Prior guest services experience preferred
Marriott or similar branded full service hotel experience preferred

Job Duties

Attend to guests' needs including registration checkout and cashiering
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Register guests into the computer verifying reservation address and credit information
Promote the Bonvoy Loyalty Program and provide recognition and benefits to all members
Work in a cooperative and friendly manner with fellow employees set a positive example
Provide the highest level of guest service to the hotel's clients
Maintain professional attire and personal hygiene
