- Ability to maintain guest information confidentially
- Ability to perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Ability to sell tickets and communicate with guests effectively
- Ability to solve guest-related concerns professionally
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
Job Qualifications
- Charismatic attitude
- Ability to learn and use hotel Property Management System (Opera)
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to pass a mandatory or random drug test
- Ability to pass a background check if 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Contribute to an amazing guest experience at Sawmill Creek
- Greet every guest with a positive attitude and smile
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Collect payments
- Sell tickets to Cedar Point and various other add-ons
- Answer questions in person and over the phone
- Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System
- Maintain guest information confidentially
- Solve guest related concerns positively and professionally
- Maintain communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in assigned work area
- Meet attendance requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
