Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
  • Schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Strong command of English including speaking, reading and writing
  • Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight minimum of 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and courteously in person and over the phone
  • Familiarity with general office equipment and Briad systems and software

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
  • Strong communication skills in English including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
  • Experience using hotel management or similar software beneficial

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently using hotel software
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Operate office equipment and Briad systems and software regularly
  • Assist guests with luggage handling as required
