Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
- Schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Strong command of English including speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight minimum of 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously in person and over the phone
- Familiarity with general office equipment and Briad systems and software
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- Strong communication skills in English including speaking, reading, and writing
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
- Experience using hotel management or similar software beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Operate office equipment and Briad systems and software regularly
- Assist guests with luggage handling as required
