Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the accommodation or hospitality industry
  • basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation and property management systems
  • strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • knowledge of local area attractions and services to assist guests effectively
  • demonstrated ability to handle cash and process financial transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression
  • manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently using the property management system
  • handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary
  • process reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining up-to-date records
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met
  • maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
  • perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and processing payments
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to guest services and safety
