Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the accommodation or hospitality industry
- basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation and property management systems
- strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- demonstrated ability to handle cash and process financial transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression
- manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently using the property management system
- handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary
- process reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining up-to-date records
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met
- maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
- perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and processing payments
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to guest services and safety
