Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Greeting and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with verifying reservations and provide information about services and policies
  • Handle check-out procedures and process payments accurately
  • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Manage room and service reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Assist guests with requests such as room changes, additional amenities, and local recommendations
  • Perform administrative tasks including managing mail, visitor logs, and organizing files
  • Monitor access to the premises and issue visitor badges following security protocols
  • Handle cash transactions securely and reconcile cash drawer at shift end
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow emergency procedures and provide assistance during crises
