Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to operate computer systems and office equipment

Job Duties
- Greeting and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with verifying reservations and provide information about services and policies
- Handle check-out procedures and process payments accurately
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Manage room and service reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Assist guests with requests such as room changes, additional amenities, and local recommendations
- Perform administrative tasks including managing mail, visitor logs, and organizing files
- Monitor access to the premises and issue visitor badges following security protocols
- Handle cash transactions securely and reconcile cash drawer at shift end
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow emergency procedures and provide assistance during crises
