Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred but not required
- successful completion of background check, MVR, and credit check may be required
- familiarity with Cloudbeds software preferred
- hotel front desk experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- exhibit customer service skills and ensure considerate interactions with guests, staff, and other SWBTS departments
- exhibit a humble, patient, and collaborative spirit
- possess a strong work ethic and initiative
- ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and be a team player
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interact with the guests by phone, in person, and by email to handle requests for accommodations
- check the availability of accommodations and assigning rooms
- collect detailed information while guests are registering
- issue accommodation keys to guests
- provide accurate billing information
- settle guest payments at the time of check in
- provide support to administrative team for audits, billing, and reconciliation
