Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred but not required
  • successful completion of background check, MVR, and credit check may be required
  • familiarity with Cloudbeds software preferred
  • hotel front desk experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • exhibit customer service skills and ensure considerate interactions with guests, staff, and other SWBTS departments
  • exhibit a humble, patient, and collaborative spirit
  • possess a strong work ethic and initiative
  • ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and be a team player

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Interact with the guests by phone, in person, and by email to handle requests for accommodations
  • check the availability of accommodations and assigning rooms
  • collect detailed information while guests are registering
  • issue accommodation keys to guests
  • provide accurate billing information
  • settle guest payments at the time of check in
  • provide support to administrative team for audits, billing, and reconciliation
