Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training
- minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably front office
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ability to multitask and work in fast-paced, information-heavy environments
- maintain a friendly and professional demeanor under pressure
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
- ability to use Property Management Systems and PBX consoles
- commitment to guest privacy and data security
- willingness to work remotely in Las Vegas office

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Uphold resort standards and values consistently embodying core values and service philosophy
- deliver gracious, unhurried service with polished diction, empathy, and professional distance
- uphold telephone etiquette ensuring tone and language reflect resort positioning
- maintain meticulous attention to detail by reviewing guest folios prior to departure and resolving discrepancies promptly
- audit all guest folios prior to departure
- present a polished, professional demeanor across all communication channels including phone, in person, and email
- engage with guests demonstrating awareness of needs and preferences
- take and log messages accurately ensuring delivery to appropriate parties
- transfer calls to appropriate departments
- communicate knowledge of all hotel operations including dining outlets, activities, and transportation
- receive and place In Home Dining orders with menu knowledge
- maintain daily arrivals and departures board
- audit guest waivers and communicate missing ones
- attend daily stand-up meetings
- audit and confirm activity postings
- check guests in and out using Property Management System
- know group resumes and communications
- answer calls promptly with brand-consistent greetings
- provide clear and accurate information on resort services and local recommendations
- log and dispatch guest requests across departments ensuring completion and guest satisfaction
- maintain awareness of on-property programming and local events
- operate PBX/console and Maestro PMS updating guest profiles and generating reports
- follow emergency call workflows and communicate calmly with responders
- protect guest privacy verifying identity before sharing information
- display hospitality and professionalism
- maintain favorable relationships with team members
- maintain neat appearance
- perform work safely and with quality.
