Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training preferred
  • minimum 2 years hospitality industry experience, preferably front office
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional and friendly demeanor under pressure
  • knowledge of PBX and property management systems
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and guest privacy
  • reliable with strong organizational skills.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training preferred

  • proficient multitasking and organization skills in fast-paced environments

  • ability to operate PBX and property management systems
  • knowledge of resort operations and guest services

Job Duties

  • Uphold resort standards and values consistently
  • deliver gracious, unhurried service with polished diction and empathy
  • maintain telephone etiquette reflecting resort’s positioning
  • audit all guest folios prior to departure
  • present a polished, professional demeanor across all communication channels
  • engage with guests proactively and fulfill special requests
  • take and log messages accurately and deliver them to appropriate parties
  • transfer calls to appropriate departments
  • communicate all hotel operations including dining, activities, and transportation
  • receive and place In Home Dining orders with full menu knowledge
  • maintain daily arrivals and departures board
  • audit guest waivers and communicate missing waivers
  • attend daily stand-up meetings
  • audit and confirm activity postings
  • check guests in and out using Property Management System
  • know and understand group resumes and communications
  • answer internal and external calls promptly and route accurately
  • provide clear, accurate information and ensure timely follow-up
  • log and dispatch guest requests across departments and follow through with callbacks
  • maintain awareness of on-property programming and local events to enhance guest experience
  • operate PBX/console and Maestro PMS to update guest profiles and generate reports
  • follow emergency call workflows and monitor alarms
  • protect guest privacy and data security
  • maintain professionalism and legal, ethical handling of guest transactions
  • foster positive working relationships with team
  • maintain clean and neat appearance
  • perform work safely and with high quality.
