Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years hospitality experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • friendly and professional demeanor under pressure
  • knowledge of hotel operations and guest services

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training preferred college degree
  • minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably front office
  • proven experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • proficient multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
  • friendly and professional manner under high demand
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Uphold resort standards and values
  • deliver gracious, unhurried service with polished diction and empathy
  • uphold telephone etiquette and ensure tone reflects resort positioning
  • maintain accuracy of guest folios and resolve discrepancies
  • engage with guests on phone and virtually, fulfilling special requests
  • transfer calls to appropriate departments
  • log and dispatch guest requests across all departments, ensuring completion and guest satisfaction
