Job Requirements
- High School diploma
- must be able to remain stationary during shift
- must be able to access and navigate the facility
- work is routine and repetitive and may require strenuous physical exertion including moving objects up to 50lbs
- must adhere to safety requirements by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
- must be available for part-time shifts typically 3pm-11pm
- must have flexibility including some weekends and holidays
- must have reliable transportation
- must have excellent attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma
- work experience as a Front Desk agent preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest service
- know emergency procedures and how to respond
- complete daily reports and audit correspondence as required by the shift
- receive and confirm credit cards for validity and acceptability
- welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- take incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, and special requests
- communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
- manage online and phone reservations
- respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- create incident reports for guest injuries/issues when required
- maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming in compliance with dress code policy
- perform other related duties as required or asked by Supervisor
- address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
- be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
- practice safe work habits and use the required safety equipment
- perform other related duties as required or assigned by the Supervisor/MOD
