Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • prior work experience as a Front Desk agent preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • flexibility with shifts and scheduling
  • must be available some weekends and/or holidays
  • must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • must have stellar attendance and punctuality
  • physical ability to remain stationary during shift
  • ability to access and navigate the facility
  • adherence to safety requirements and use of personal protective equipment
  • ability to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • prior work experience as a Front Desk agent preferred
  • ability to provide Level5 High Touch service
  • flexibility with shifts and scheduling including availability on some weekends and/or holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • stellar attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest service
  • know emergency procedures and how to respond
  • complete daily reports and audit correspondence as required by the shift
  • receive and confirm credit cards for validity and acceptability
  • welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • take incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, and special requests
  • communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready
  • manage online and phone reservations
  • respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • create incident reports for guest injuries or issues when required
  • maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming in compliance with the dress code policy
  • perform other related duties as required or asked by Supervisor
  • address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
  • be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to increase departmental and overall guest satisfaction
  • practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment
  • perform other related duties as required or assigned by the Supervisor or MOD
