Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong work ethic and self-initiative
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic computer knowledge
- prior customer service experience preferred

- proficiency with front office systems or willingness to learn
- cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and communicate cordially with guests
- promptly and professionally check guests in and out of the hotel
- assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary
- promptly, accurately and efficiently post all charges
- have complete working knowledge of Front Office computer or manual system including all daily transactions and those less frequent
- accurately manage cash handling including receiving payments and making change
- review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly
- have knowledge of hotel rates, discounts and handling procedures
- take same day reservations quickly
- know and follow cancellation and relocation procedures
- maintain a high level of guest service professionalism
