Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in front desk or customer service role
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Proficiency with computer and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and various forms of payment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Hilton brand experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume customer service environment
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Team spirit and ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Knowledge of Hilton brand standards a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests and complete registration process including inputting and retrieving guest information
- Confirm guest information and room rates
- Select rooms and code electronic keys
- Assist guests with check-out ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted
- Use point-of-sale system to handle money and process payments including credit, debit, and gift cards
- Convert foreign currency and make change
- Promote hotel services and facilities using up-selling techniques
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Resolve guest complaints and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area
