Job Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Fluency in other languages is beneficial
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and empathy
- Outstanding coordination and multitasking abilities

- Ability to use POS, PMS, CRM, and other hospitality software

- Basic math skills
- Physical ability to stand and move for most of the shift

- Ability to perform fine manipulation and repetitive hand movements
- Ability to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems
- State alcohol serving certificate
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
Job Duties
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints
- Follow hotel policies on lost and found items
- Adhere to safety protocols for guest and team member incidents
- Promote sanitation, safety, and security efforts
- Encourage social media and review compliments
- Greet guests warmly and process check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, and policies
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and handle guest accounts
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues
- Maintain effective communication with all departments
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Keep the front desk area clean and professional
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless service
- Follow safety and security protocols
- Ensure security of guest room access
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data
- Inspect and prepare materials and equipment
- Maintain knowledge of equipment maintenance and use
- Comply with departmental policies and procedures
- Operate various computer and software systems
