Job Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- must be able to read, write, and speak English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience required
- previous front desk experience preferred
- familiarity with hotel reservation systems
- state alcohol serving certificate
- ability to learn and use POS, PMS, CRM, and other hospitality software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in English
- fluency in other languages beneficial
- ability to resolve problems diplomatically
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- maintain positive guest relations at all times
- resolve guest complaints to satisfaction
- follow hotel policies with lost and found items
- adhere to emergency and accident protocols
- promote sanitation, safety, and security
- encourage social media and review compliments
- greet guests warmly, process check-ins and check-outs
- maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, rates, and policies
- manage reservations and room assignments
- process payments and handle guest accounts
- respond to guest requests professionally
- maintain communication flow with all departments
- upsell hotel services and amenities
- keep front desk area clean and organized
- collaborate with other departments
- follow safety and security protocols
- ensure security of guest room access
- maintain confidentiality and security of data
- inspect and prepare materials and equipment
- maintain knowledge of equipment maintenance
- comply with departmental policies and standards
- access all functions of computer/software systems
