Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with reservation and payment systems
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage up to 75 lbs and pushing/pulling carts up to 150 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions
- Good oral communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use computer, switchboard and facsimile machine
- Ability to work under frequent time pressures
- Punctuality and dependability including nights, weekends and holidays availability
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, fun and friendly environment for guests and team members
- Provide superior guest service and handle difficult guest situations professionally
- Register guests including obtaining proper credit and pertinent information
- Prepare daily cash reports and balance payments and disbursements
- Record all sundry items sales transactions and make correct change
- Assist with periodic inventories
- Accept and confirm reservations
- Follow proper cash handling practices
- Adhere to debit/credit card payment procedures
- Ensure safety and security of guests and team members
- Assist guests with luggage and coat check
- Work independently under frequent time pressures
- Maintain knowledge of special events and promotional activities
- Complete all company-required training within designated time frames
- Audit accounts and prepare final daily reports during night audit
- Other duties as assigned
