Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in a brand hotel such as Marriott
- must speak, read, and understand English
- open availability including holidays and weekends
- ability to work flexible hours and schedule including evenings

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- maintain eye contact, use a positive tone, listen actively, and respond appropriately
- use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while ensuring accurate information is provided about hotel facilities
- maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, handle guest room keys securely, and protect guest information
- coordinate with all hotel departments, stay informed about front office operations, attend meetings, and report concerns to management
- manage guest check-in/check-out efficiently, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and promptly address hazards
- work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
