Job Requirements

  • Availability to work overnight hours
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Previous experience with cash handling and point of sale systems preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling guest matters
  • Willingness to support various front office tasks

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Knowledge of cash handling and computerized point of sale systems preferred
  • Ability to operate front desk procedures efficiently
  • Proficiency with property management systems
  • Professionalism in guest conflict resolution
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Handle check-in and check-out processes according to hotel standards
  • Use the property management system proficiently
  • Operate the PBX and radio paging system
  • Establish credit at guest check-in and issue room keys
  • Manage guest issues with discretion and professionalism
  • Conduct follow-ups with guests and team members
  • Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, activities, or entertainment
