Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be available for variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to work standing for 4 or more hours per shift
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs
- ability to see colors and work in moderate noise environments
- must complete and maintain TIPS certification
- maintain valid U.S. drivers’ license as per company guidelines
- excellent interpersonal skills
- able to multitask effectively
- comply with company policies and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- Must perform essential duties satisfactorily
- TIPS certification for onsite alcohol service
- excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- previous front desk experience preferred
- resort experience or 6 months related experience
- proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, internet navigation, and electronic mail
- knowledge of Springer Miller System helpful
- able to use 2-way radios
- valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing
- ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Provide a polished and inviting front desk presence
- deliver warm, personalized service that embodies Sundance Resort's hospitality standards
- anticipate and fulfill guest needs with intuition and efficiency
- perform efficient check-ins and check-outs for Sundance Cottages
- coordinate group arrivals and departures seamlessly
- assist guests with recommendations and reservations for resort activities
- handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism
