Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work nights and early mornings
  • Ability to stand during entire shift
  • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently
  • Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
  • Must be effective at listening, understanding, clarifying and resolving concerns
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and managers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and Property Management Systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous and attentive guest service prior to and during stay
  • Complete the audit process according to the checklist
  • Audit all daily financial activity and report discrepancies to management
  • Handle reservation and inquiry calls during the shift
  • Develop excellent service skills in dealing with clients, guests, and co-workers
  • Comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Perform duties as requested by management
