Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work nights and early mornings
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening, understanding, clarifying and resolving concerns
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and managers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and Property Management Systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide courteous and attentive guest service prior to and during stay
- Complete the audit process according to the checklist
- Audit all daily financial activity and report discrepancies to management
- Handle reservation and inquiry calls during the shift
- Develop excellent service skills in dealing with clients, guests, and co-workers
- Comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Perform duties as requested by management
