Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet and check in guests promptly and courteously
- Check out guests and process payments accurately
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries or reservations
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow all hotel policies and security procedures
