Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive and friendly attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor creating a positive first impression
- Efficiently register guests upon arrival verifying identification and processing payments according to hotel policies
- Assign rooms based on reservations and guest preferences when possible
- Issue room keys access cards and explain hotel amenities and services including Wi-Fi access restaurant hours etc
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally offering local recommendations and resolving any issues that may arise
- Manage cash drawers ensuring accurate financial transactions and following proper security protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ensuring a professional appearance
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate guest records within the hotel s Property Management System PMS
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- May be required to answer phones take messages and assist with wake-up calls
- Uphold all company policies and procedures ensuring guest safety and security
