Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A positive and friendly attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor creating a positive first impression
  • Efficiently register guests upon arrival verifying identification and processing payments according to hotel policies
  • Assign rooms based on reservations and guest preferences when possible
  • Issue room keys access cards and explain hotel amenities and services including Wi-Fi access restaurant hours etc
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally offering local recommendations and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Manage cash drawers ensuring accurate financial transactions and following proper security protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ensuring a professional appearance
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate guest records within the hotel s Property Management System PMS
  • Collaborate effectively with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • May be required to answer phones take messages and assist with wake-up calls
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures ensuring guest safety and security
