Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work swing shift hours from approximately 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Availability to work 4-5 days per week including weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with computers and common hotel software
- Customer-focused attitude and professionalism
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide directions, recommendations, and general assistance
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Address guest concerns and ensure a positive stay experience
- Communicate with housekeeping and other departments as needed
