Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- check guests in and out of the hotel
- answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- provide directions, recommendations, and general assistance
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- address guest concerns and ensure a positive stay experience
- communicate with housekeeping and other departments as needed
