Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field
- schedule flexibility for both AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
- ability to communicate effectively and courteously over the telephone and in person
- strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
- ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs), occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to operate Briad systems and software
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- basic accounting knowledge preferred
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to operate hotel management software
- attention to detail
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift moderate weight up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- operate hotel management and booking systems including Briad software
- maintain detailed and accurate records of guest transactions and billing
- communicate effectively with guests and team members both in person and over the phone
- assist with luggage when necessary and handle physical tasks related to guest services
