Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations
- Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
- Operate the front desk system and process payments
- Communicate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
- Handle guest requests and escalate concerns when needed
- Provide local information and general hotel assistance
