Job Requirements
- hs diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 months hospitality general office accounts receivable or customer service experience
- ability to speak and hear in english
- close and distance vision
- frequent sitting with some walking and standing
- frequently lifts or carries up to 25 lbs
- continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills
- able to work overtime and irregular hours

Job Duties
- greet register and assign rooms to guests
- issue room key and escort instructions without announcing room numbers
- answer inquiries about hotel services registration shopping dining entertainment and travel directions
- keep records of room availability and guests accounts
- make confirm and cancel reservations for guests
- compute bill collect payment and make change
- post charges for room food liquor or telephone
- date-stamp sort and rack incoming mail and messages
- transmit and receive messages using telephone fax and switchboard
- enforce hotel company credit policies
- account for all cash and make deposits according to policies
- take initiative to greet guests warmly
- if in lead capacity take responsibility for assigned employees assign work and ensure proper performance
- make restaurant transportation or entertainment reservations
- deposit guests valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit box
- order complimentary flowers or champagne for special guests
- perform other duties as assigned
