Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greeting and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • assisting with the check-in process and verifying reservations
  • providing information about the facility's services, amenities, and policies
  • handling check-out procedures and processing payments
  • issuing invoices or receipts accurately
  • answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
  • responding to emails and inquiries promptly
  • managing room or service reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • maintaining an up-to-date reservation system
  • assisting guests with requests such as room changes, additional amenities, directions, and local recommendations
  • addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns in a timely and courteous manner
  • performing various administrative duties including managing mail and packages, maintaining visitor logs, and organizing files
  • ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable
  • monitoring access to the premises and issuing visitor badges or passes
  • following security protocols and collaborating with security personnel
  • handling cash transactions accurately and securely
  • maintaining an organized cash drawer and reconciling transactions
  • managing multiple tasks simultaneously including guest services and administrative duties
  • working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations
  • following procedures for emergency situations and providing assistance as needed
