Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work flexible schedules based on hotel operational needs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including windows and excel preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide a welcoming first impression for guests
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
  • Handle guest reservations and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a friendly professional atmosphere
  • Perform accurate billing and payment processing
  • Maintain smooth daily front desk operations
  • Assist with guest requests and resolve issues promptly
