Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible schedules based on hotel operational needs
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including windows and excel preferred
Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming first impression for guests
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest reservations and respond promptly to inquiries
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a friendly professional atmosphere
- Perform accurate billing and payment processing
- Maintain smooth daily front desk operations
- Assist with guest requests and resolve issues promptly
